This unit is one of the larger one bedroom/1.5 bath units. It is
among the closest to the ocean 1 bedroom units in all of Kihei/Wailea.
In addition to a spectacular ocean view, this unit is located far
away from the road noise, and far away from the elevator. It was
fully remodeled and refurnished in June 2010, making it one of the
finest units in the building. It has fully equipped kitchen with
Professional Series Appliances, granite counter tops, and built in
desk. It has flat screen TV’s and multi speed ceiling fans in both
the living room and bedroom. This beautifully decorated unit has a
king bed in the bedroom and a new queen sofa bed in the living room
(sleeps 4). Gorgeous bathroom with large walk in shower, and shower
system with rain head and message body sprays. This unit is just
steps from world famous Keawakapu Beach and comes equipped with
beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards, and has free
hi-speed internet/ long distance telephone calls and security safe.

Please note:
In addition to the above rates, there is a one time
reservation fee of $25 and Hawaii state tax of 13.42%, which
changes to 14.42% as of July 1, 2011. There is an $85
cleaning fee for stays of less than 5 nights. Subject to
availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48
hours of making a reservation, but a $25 fee for changes
made after 48 hours. We do not accept Credit Cards, but we
can send you an email invoice for the full balance (not just
the deposit or the final payment) through PayPal, which you
can pay online with your credit card, but they (PayPal)
charge a 3% fee, which gets added to your total.
You will notice that there is a range of $50 in all rate
categories. Your dates may qualify for the lower end of the
range, but please do not assume that they do. Contact us for
actual rates. Actual rates are determined by a number of
factors. The biggest factor is how your proposed dates fit
in with the other reservations. We do not want gaps in our
occupancy! If you can arrive on the same day as the previous
guest is departing, or depart on the same day as the next
guest is arriving, we can give you a better rate! Better
yet, if you completely fill an opening - better still! Other
factors include month of travel. The demand/rates are
highest in February and Christmas break, followed by
January/March, April/November/December, May/October,
June/July/August and then September, when the rates are the
lowest. Finally, if there is availability, rates will be
lower for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
