This unit is one of the larger one bedroom/1.5 bath units, with a
spectacular ocean view, located on the ocean side, away from of the
elevator. It has been tastefully remodeled, most recently done was
the master bath. It is spectacular with granite top maple vanity,
large walk in shower, and shower system with rain head and message
body sprays. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with deluxe appliances
and 47” wall mounted flat screen TV. This spectacular ocean view
unit comes equipped with beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear, has
free hi-speed internet/ long distance telephone calls and security
safe. This beautifully decorated unit has a new pillow top king bed
in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 4) We
own or manage 12 units at the Kihei Surfside, so even if you don’t

In addition to the above
rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $25 and Hawaii
state tax of 13.42%, which changes to 14.42% as of July 1, 2010.
There is an $85 cleaning fee for stays of less than 5 nights.
Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates
within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a $25 fee for
changes made after 48 hours. We do not accept Credit Cards, but
we can send you an email invoice for the full balance (not just
the deposit or the final payment) through PayPal, which you can
pay online with your credit card, but they (PayPal) charge a 3%
fee, which gets added to your total.
You will notice that there is a range of $50 in all rate
categories. Your dates may qualify for the lower end of the
range, but please do not assume that they do. Contact us for
actual rates. Actual rates are determined by a number of
factors. The biggest factor is how your proposed dates fit in
with the other reservations. We do not want gaps in our
occupancy! If you can arrive on the same day as the previous
guest is departing, or depart on the same day as the next guest
is arriving, we can give you a better rate! Better yet, if you
completely fill an opening - better still! Other factors include
month of travel. The demand/rates are highest in February and
Christmas break, followed by January/March,
April/November/December, May/October, June/July/August and then
September, when the rates are the lowest. Finally, if there is
availability, rates will be lower for reservations made within
30 days of arrival.
