This unit is a standard sized one bedroom unit, with a panoramic ocean view that was completely remodeled and refurnished in 2006, c/w free hi-speed internet, dream kitchen with granite tops and professional series appliances incl. dishwasher. This beautifully decorated unit comes equipped with beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear, has a king bed, 27” flat screen and security safe in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed and 37” flat screen TV in the living room (sleeps 4). We own or manage 12 units at the Kihei Surfside, so even if you don’t see your dates available, send me an email with your dates and I’ll come back to you with all that we have available! Mahalo!

In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $25 and Hawaii state tax of 12.42%, which changes to 13.42% as of July 1, 2010. There is an $85 cleaning fee for stays of less than 5 nights. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a $25 fee for changes made after 48 hours. We do not accept Credit Cards, but we can send you an email invoice for the full balance (not just the deposit or the final payment) through PayPal, which you can pay online with your credit card, but they (PayPal) charge a 3% fee, which gets added to your total.

You will notice that there is a range of $50 in all rate categories. Your dates may qualify for the lower end of the range, but please do not assume that they do. Contact us for actual rates. Actual rates are determined by a number of factors. The biggest factor is how your proposed dates fit in with the other reservations. We do not want gaps in our occupancy! If you can arrive on the same day as the previous guest is departing, or depart on the same day as the next guest is arriving, we can give you a better rate! Better yet, if you completely fill an opening - better still! Other factors include month of travel. The demand/rates are highest in February and Christmas break, followed by January/March, April/November/December, May/October, June/July/August and then September, when the rates are the lowest. Finally, if there is availability, rates will be lower for reservations made within
30 days of arrival.
